Visit The Institute
The Chile Pepper Institute Center for Chile Education is located on the main New Mexico State University campus, at the corner of College and Knox Streets, in Gerald Thomas Hall room 265.
If you plan to visit the Institute, you will need to print a visitor parking pass. Click on the link below for more information. The closest visitor parking spaces are located just south of Gerald Thomas Hall, next to the New Mexico Department of Agriculture. To get to the parking lot, take University Ave. west from the I-25 University Ave. exit. Turn left on Knox St., follow Knox St. through College St. and drive past Gerald Thomas Hall. Turn left right after Gerald Thomas Hall into the parking lot to find the designated visitor parking spaces.

8:00am-12:00noon & 1:00pm-5:00pm Monday - Friday
