*** MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS ***
When purchasing seeds only there is a $15.00 minimum order. When purchasing merchandise, if its one item or merchandise + seeds there is a $20.00 minimum order. If you are purchasing Holy Jolokia SALSA there is a $30.00 minimum purchase, these are due to shipping costs. If you have any questions please contact us.

The Chile Pepper Institute is an education and research non-profit Institute in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at New Mexico State University. All proceeds from the store sales go to Chile Pepper Institute research and funding for student research positions. The Chile Pepper Institute carries all but some of the oldest chile pepper seed varieties developed at New Mexico State University, garden favorites, and some very rare and unusual varieties.
