2010 New Mexico Chile Conference

Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces - In the 2010 New Mexico Chile Conference announcement and registration we advertised a new event this year called "NuMex Mix and Mingle," unfortunately that chile and wine tasting event has been canceled, however we will continue to host our regular Welcome Reception during the evening of February 1 from 6pm to 8pm at the Encanto Hotel that will include food, a no host bar and our annual silent auction for conference attendees to enjoy. The 2010 International Pepper Conference hosted by the New Mexico State University Chile Pepper Institute will be held in Las Cruces, New Mexico on September 12, 13, and 14, 2010 at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces.
